What makes the difference between a project people like… and one that sells from day one?

Diego is a residential tower located in the heart of Monterrey, right beside Paseo Santa Lucía and across from Parque Fundidora—one of the city’s most iconic and desirable areas.
With contemporary design, 25 floors, 240 units, and the backing of Grupo Delta, Diego already had all the elements to stand out.

But even the most well-positioned projects need more than potential.
They need a clear narrative, powerful tools, and an experience that connects.

From strategy to experience

From the beginning, the goal was to build a sales experience worthy of the project.
We designed an integrated solution to help the sales team communicate better, build trust, and accelerate decision-making.

What we delivered:

-Exterior, interior, and amenity renders
-Animated walkthroughs and lifestyle sequences
-Interactive multimedia application for both showroom and remote brokers
-Virtual tours, panoramic views, and full content galleries
-A high-detail physical scale model of the project

The showroom as a connection point

At the core of the experience was an interactive application that allowed clients to explore the project in depth—navigate floor plans, compare typologies, view surroundings, and access all relevant developer information.

Installed on a touchscreen within the showroom, and also available for brokers on laptop, even without an internet connection.

The physical model added a tangible dimension that reinforced the vision of the development and unified the sales team’s message.

Results from day one

-During the presale event, these tools didn’t just support the sales process—they elevated it.
Clients connected with the project, understood it clearly, and made decisions with confidence.
Within weeks, a large portion of the inventory was already sold.
