To optimize presentations and accelerate sales, we designed an immersive experience that allowed clients to visualize the project with clarity and emotion. The goal was to provide an effective tool that simplified decision-making and highlighted the investment’s value from the very first interaction.
An Immersive Experience & Interactive Sales Tool
We built a 360° immersive projection room, where an AI-generated aspirational video conveys the developer’s vision, inviting clients to imagine themselves as part of the Fonttera community. Additionally, we developed an interactive multimedia system with a 180° projection, displaying renders, animations, videos, 2D and 3D floor plans, and other key elements to help sales representatives easily persuade clients. Everything is fully intuitive and accessible via a touchscreen.
